Connected care

The TopPen I system is designed to work with a smartphone experience so families and clinicians can review injection history outside the pen’s on-device memory. The following reflects the IFU for the China deployment.

Yushida WeChat mini program

The IFU names the Yushida WeChat mini program (release version cited as V1.1 in device documentation) as the companion software. Modes include a Pegpesen®-oriented workflow and alternate modes for other Amoytop medicines where applicable.

Core capabilities (IFU summary)

Onboarding & binding

Users enable phone Bluetooth, register within the mini program, then scan the device QR code shown in the pen settings menu to bind the injector. Time synchronization between phone and pen is required on first startup.

Privacy, security & operations

The IFU contains dedicated sections on network security, concurrency limits, software environment updates, backup/disaster recovery, and data interfaces. Those provisions are regulatory artifacts for the Chinese deployment; export markets may substitute a native app or regional cloud policy while preserving similar functional goals.

Language availability

The IFU states the mini program is oriented to Chinese-language users. International deployments may need localized apps or translated interfaces—confirm requirements with Amoytop for your territory.
